Bombardier honors Vista’s first Global 8000 jet, celebrating a key customer milestone.

Bombardier has marked a major milestone with longtime customer Vista, celebrating the handover of Vista’s first Global 8000 aircraft at its London Biggin Hill Service Centre. This delivery will soon offer Vista customers an unparalleled business aviation experience.

The arrival initiates upgrades to Vista’s existing Global 7500 fleet at a rate of two per month, with all 18 jets expected to operate as Global 8000s by year-end. That will create the largest subscription fleet of this revolutionary aircraft.

The Global 8000 delivers an 8,000-nautical-mile range and a top speed of Mach 0.95. It features the longest seated length in its class and the lowest cabin altitude among production business jets, ensuring passengers arrive rested and ready.

“The Global 8000 is a no-compromise aircraft, delivering unmatched speed, exceptional comfort, and industry-leading field performance,” said Bombardier President and CEO Eric Martel. “With this addition, Vista offers its customers the best possible in the industry.”

Vista’s Founder and Chairman Thomas Flohr added: “Greater speed and extended range translate into practical benefits—reaching destinations faster or flying more efficiently direct. These capabilities allow us to offer greater flexibility while maintaining the service that sets Vista apart.”

This delivery follows a February 11, 2026 announcement in which Vista and its commonly controlled entities placed a firm order for 40 Challenger 3500 aircraft, reinforcing the deep partnership between the two companies.
