ParaZero Technologies , an aerospace defense company developing autonomous solutions for manned and unmanned aerial systems, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with India’s BonV Aero. Under the agreement, BonV Aero will market ParaZero’s counter-UAS solutions, primarily the DefendAir system—a mobile, net-based interception platform for rapid response against hostile drones—along with additional configurations in the future.

The partnership has already demonstrated tangible progress. A live demonstration of the portable DefendAir launcher was conducted for a key security entity in India, confirming the system’s operational capability in real-world conditions. The successful test marks a significant milestone in introducing ParaZero’s counter-drone technology to the Indian market and paves the way for deeper integration with other defense platforms.

“We are excited to cooperate with BonV Aero and successfully demonstrating DefendAir CUAS solution in India, a strategically important market facing growing aerial threats,” said Ariel Alon, CEO of ParaZero. “We look forward to deepening our cooperation and exploring additional integration opportunities to address evolving security challenges.”

Satyabrata Satapathy, Co-Founder & CEO of BonV Aero, commented: “We appreciate the strategic collaborations that have enabled us to validate this technology in real-world conditions. We are confident it will serve as a valuable asset to India’s defence sector. Our focus remains on delivering reliable, mission-critical systems and progressively indigenising this capability for the nation.”
